The 2023 competition was organised brilliantly by Craig Pearson and Ed Furniss - a great deal of behind the scenes effort required.
64 top-class bowlers entered from around the country, competing for substantial prize money.
It was a pleasure to see the contest unfolding over 4 preliminary evening rounds - with the final being played on Friday night (in awful weather conditions).
Feedback from all competitors was extremely positive and a tribute to all involved in preparing the green and organising the refreshments.
Many thanks to Craig and Ed for all the hard work involved in organising and running the competition.
Also, many thanks to the ground crew for making the green playable on a very wet Friday night, the kitchen and bar staff for all the refreshments, and to everyone who came to support the club and watch throughout the week.
