Rykneld Bowling Club has been part of the local community for over 100 years - providing facilities for people of all ages.

The Club offers a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who wants to try Crown Green Bowling.
Whether you're interested in social bowling or joining one of our daytime or evening leagues, there's something for everyone.
We're open to bowlers of all ages and all experience levels - complete beginners included. Throughout the season, we run free mentoring sessions where you can learn the basics or sharpen your skills. All equipment is provided, so there's no need to bring anything except a pair of flat shoes and a willingness to have fun.
You'll get to enjoy the game in peaceful, private surroundings, supported by a superb clubhouse with everything you need to relax, socialise, and make new friends.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES
The Club provides a range of indoor leisure activities to Members, Guests and to the wider Community - such as whist drives, crib, dominoes, Celebration lunches, live music nights, charity events, and large screen presentations on various subjects of interest. For catering, the club has a 5-Star Hygiene Rating.
Whether you simply want to have a go at Crown Green Bowling (socially or competitively) or just make new friends, you will find that Rykneld Bowling Club is a friendly and well-run place. Either way, you will be made to feel at home, so why not come and visit us?
